June is LGBTQ+ Pride Month and DeviantArt is celebrating as a community. Create art in a rainbow of colors and we'll combine the pieces into one extraordinary Pride flag!
There's something amazing about the individuals who make up the DeviantArt community. We are unlike any other community on Earth.
Here… we can express ourselves — just as we are.

Orange represents Healing in the Pride flag, so I thought it'd be nice to illustrate some of my (and my girlfriend Beedalee-Art's) characters who have helped me a lot with personal healing. I was originally going to draw them in their original universe, but since I'm part of a community project and will be getting some exposure, I wanted something that would be easier to relate to, so I went with their modern designs ( ´///︿///`)
Music is a good theme for "healing" as well, and with the warm color palette, it all came together quite naturally! I hope you guys like it!

With all its drama and issues, dA was where I first really started exploring myself-- from my art to my gender and sexuality-- and as many of you know, it's how me and Bee met! We've been together coming up on 9 years now, so it's a sweet kind of full circle that I could be part of dA's official pride event
